Rep. Kennedy is a member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, where he serves on the Subcommittee on Transportation and Maritime Security and as the Ranking Member on the Subcommittee on Emergency Management and Technology. Rep. Kennedy is also a member of the House Committee on Veterans Affairs including its Subcommittees on Economic Opportunity and Oversight and Investigations. 

Kennedy Co-Chairs the bipartisan Northern Border Caucus, which addresses issues facing border communities like ours, including improving border management and security, addressing long wait times to enhance travel and the flow of commerce, and working with our Canadian partners to strengthen our regional economy and embrace our shared values.
